Bought this for the Mrs. because I work a lot.....and I’m pervy. At first...she wasn’t impressed with the toy it came with....but it worked just fine. Well built piece of equipment. Excellent price point too. Be careful how the cords are routed, The control wire can get tangled in the mechanism. The accessories are pricy, but if your handy, you don’t need them.

I ordered this item and received the item, but the wrong attachments I ordered, and was overcharged with extra items I did not order. When I emailed customer service, I received no information about where to send my return items. Customer service told me that their US locations were not valid and I would have to send my items to an Asian warehouse and shipping would cost me $30-$40. I repeatedly inquired about the Asian address to send my return items to, or a phone number to call because this site says it's 24/7 phone service. I received no information about it and I still can't receive a refund for items I did not order. This entire web site is extremely sketchy and they scam their customers.
